About this item
12' x 12' full grid cloth (silent) rag. The heaviest of our grid cloths, it diffuses hard light, especially sunlight, into a soft, wrapping source. Silent grid doesn't rustle in the wind, so it won't spoil sound takes. A twelve-by is the standard butterfly size for exteriors and large setups. Rig it on heavy stands such as combo, Mombo or Hi-Hi rollers, with plenty of sandbags, since a rag this size catches a lot of wind. It mounts on our 12' x 12' frame with corners and ears.
